📂 Data Manager
Access and manage your core setup data, including employees, jobs, rate and benefit rules, and unions.
📥 Source Upload
Use this to upload employee hours, source files, or pre-payroll journal data. This is typically the first step in your weekly payroll workflow.
🧮 Rate Validation
Review and validate hourly rates, fringe benefits, and compliance warnings before exporting to payroll.
📝 Cost Entry
Edit or finalize timecard and job cost data before sending to payroll. Includes fields for shift, direct pay, spec rate, OT ratio, and more.
📊 Job Cost
If purchased - generate reports that help track hours and dollars by job, cost center, or other categories.
📑 Generate Reports
Access Certified Payroll, Union, GL, and custom reports. Choose your filters and download as needed.
🔌 Connection Manager
If purchased - access API integrations with your payroll, ERP, or accounting system.
📁 File Manager
View files you’ve uploaded, including hours, imports, and payroll journals. Helpful for troubleshooting.
⚙️ Organization Settings
Manage company-wide settings, user access, and integration credentials. Only available to Admin users.
