✅ When to Use AI Assistance
This feature is designed for live customers who need to add new determinations during ongoing payroll operations.
It is not intended for large data imports during initial implementation—use bulk import tools instead.
📄 How It Works
- Click the AI Button
Navigate to your TradeSeal dashboard and click the AI Assistant button to begin. - Upload the Official Wage Determination
Attach the PDF (or other supported format) you received from a federal, state, or local agency. - Specify the Job Number
Assign the determination to a valid Job No (e.g.,P123orJob4567). This links the rates and benefits to the correct project. - Submit Your Request
Once uploaded, your request enters the processing queue for AI parsing and team review.
⏳ Turnaround Times
- Initial AI Parsing & Review: Up to 3 business days
- Revisions or Feedback: Up to 3 business days per revision
We aim to respond faster when possible, but please plan for the full timeline if your payroll depends on these rules.
🧠 What the AI Does
- Reads the determination document
- Extracts job classifications, fringe details, and rates
- Builds both rate rules and benefit rules in your system
- Flags anything ambiguous for manual review
💡 Best Practices
- Double-check that the Job No is already set up in your system before submitting
- Use clear, official documents—preferably in PDF or TXT
- If fringe benefits are complex, expect at least one revision cycle
- Use this tool only after go-live, not during onboarding
