TradeSeal provides a Standard Hours Export for customers who prefer to manually review payroll data before processing.
If this feature is enabled for your account, follow these steps:
- Go to Rate Validation
- Select Standard Hours Export from the available export options
- Download the file to view a detailed spreadsheet of hours by employee, job, pay type, and other timecard fields
This export helps you catch issues early and ensure hours are accurate before pushing data to your payroll system.
