TradeSeal supports multiple formats for Certified Payroll reporting to help you stay compliant with federal, state, and contractor requirements.
Federal WH-347
The WH-347 is the standard federal Certified Payroll report used on most Davis-Bacon projects. TradeSeal can automatically generate this form with all required employee hours, classifications, rates, and fringe details.
Electronic Reporting (eCPR / LCPtracker / Elations)
Many agencies and contractors now require electronic submission instead of PDF forms. TradeSeal supports:
- LCPtracker CSV formats
- Elations format
- California eCPR (DIR XML)
- Other agency-specific formats upon request
These formats are generated using your payroll journal and hours data—no need for double entry.
State-Specific Formats
States like California, New York, and Illinois may have their own Certified Payroll formats or systems. TradeSeal supports many of these out-of-the-box and can also map data to new formats if needed.
