Once payroll data sync is enabled, your TradeSeal support team will complete the technical setup to connect with your payroll system.
As the customer, your role is to:
- Confirm which payroll system you use.
- Provide your support team with access credentials or API tokens if needed (they will guide you).
- Run a sample payroll export so TradeSeal can verify the correct data format.
TradeSeal will handle the mapping and setup, and will notify you once the integration is ready for use.
