If you see "no match" errors during Rate Validation, it means TradeSeal couldn't find a wage or benefit rule for one or more records. This usually happens when key fields in your data don't match the rules exactly.
Common causes:
- Job No mismatch: Check that the job number in your hours import exactly matches the job number in Data Manager → Jobs. This field is case-sensitive and must be an exact match.
- Union No mismatch: If using union rules, make sure the union number in your employee data or job setup matches the union number in Data Manager → Unions.
- Position mismatch: The position (e.g., Journeyman, Foreman) must match exactly what’s used in your wage/benefit rules.
Tips to resolve:
- Use TradeSeal’s Data Manager tools to review existing job, union, and position values.
