Getting started in TradeSeal begins with logging in to your dashboard.
✅ Step 1: Accept your invitation
Your Implementation Specialist will send an invite to your company email. Open the invitation and click the link to begin setup.
🔗 Step 2: Go to the correct URL
If you are live, navigate to app.hcmtradeseal.com.
If you are in implementation, your team may be using a staging environment. In that case, use the custom URL provided by your Implementation Specialist.
🔐 Step 3: Log in
Enter your email address and use “Forgot Password” to create a new password. Once set, you’ll be directed to your company dashboard.
Troubleshooting
- Didn’t receive the invite? Check your spam folder or contact support
- Invite expired? You can still use the Forgot Password option
