- Outline your three-phase onboarding timeline
- Share milestone goals and checklists
- Follow up to ensure key steps are completed on time
✅ Provide Live Guidance & Support
- Host your kickoff and discovery meetings
- Answer questions via email or scheduled check-ins
- Deliver or coordinate your training sessions
✅ Review & Validate Your Setup
- Review your uploaded employee, rate, and benefit data
- Help identify errors or mismatches
- Confirm readiness before you move to production
✅ Help You Launch Successfully
- Guide your parallel and first production payrolls
- Troubleshoot integration or export issues
- Support Certified Payroll and Union reporting setup
❗What Your Specialist Doesn’t Do:
- Upload data or configure payroll on your behalf
- Contact your payroll vendor directly
- Replace your internal payroll admin team
- Continue providing ongoing support after go-live (you'll transition to the Support Team)
