🧾 What’s Included in the Job Import?
The Job Import Template includes the most commonly used job-level data points. Here are the key fields:

| Job No | Unique identifier for the job (required) |
| Name | Friendly job name |
| Address / County | Address of job |
| Trade | Optional default trade assignment |
| Project No | External project identifier (if used by GC or owner) |
| Mask SSN | TRUE/FALSE to control whether SSNs are masked on reports |
| Reporting | Set to "CP" to indicate this job should have a Certified Payroll report |
| Union No / Pay Group | Optional default union or pay group settings |
| Subcontractor Info | Name, phone, registration number, and total contract value (if applicable) |
| Start / End Dates | Project timeline (used for reporting filters and alerts) |
| Notes | Internal notes or reminders |
📥 How to Import
- Download the template from your TradeSeal Implementation Hub or ask your Implementation Specialist.
- Fill in job details for each active project.
- Leave any unknowns blank—you can update later through the UI.

✅ Tips for a Clean Import
- Avoid duplicate Job Numbers—they must be unique.
- If you work with multiple subcontractors per job, create separate rows or use the Notes field for clarification.
- Use consistent Reporting tags (e.g., always use "CP" not "cp").
