Certified Payroll (CP) reports rely on job-level data to populate project and contracting details accurately. In TradeSeal, every job that requires a CP report must be configured properly in the Jobs table.
✅ Use the “Reporting” Column
To flag a job for Certified Payroll reporting:
- Go to Data Manager → Jobs
- In the Reporting column, set the value to “CP”
Only jobs marked this way will show up when you generate CP reports like the WH-347.
🧾 Why This Matters
The job data entered here controls:
- Project name and ID
- Contracting agency details
- Location and job classifications on your report
Keeping your job table up to date ensures your CP reports stay accurate and compliant.
