If you’ve purchased the Overtime Rules Add-On, you can configure Overtime Rules and Holidays directly within the Unions table in Data Manager.
⏱ Overtime Rules by Union
Each union can have its own Overtime Rule Codes—these define how overtime should be applied for members of that union. For example:
- C = Time and a half after 8 hours per day
- H = Double time after 12 hours per day
- I = Time and a half on Saturdays
Use commas to combine multiple rules (e.g., H,I).
📅 Holidays by Union
You can list recognized Holidays for each union. These holidays can trigger overtime pay or other special logic during payroll processing.
Example:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
