Some unions require very specific PDF report formats to be completed — sometimes even printed and signed — in addition to standard union summaries.
If your union provides a detailed report form or requires a specific layout, TradeSeal can generate a “replica” version that auto-fills the required fields with your existing payroll data.
How to Request a Replica Report
- Obtain a copy of the required union report form (PDF or template).
- Send it to TradeSeal Support with the union name and a brief description.
- As long as the report is publicly documented or required by the union, TradeSeal will create the replica at no additional cost.
Once created, replica reports will be available from your "Generate Reports" screen like any other format.
