HCM TradeSeal’s Union Report gives you a complete view of fringe benefit obligations owed to each union for a given payroll period.
How to Generate the Report
- Go to Generate Reports
- Choose Union Report
- Select Excel as the format
- Click Generate
If successful, you'll receive one report per union in your zip file.
Report Structure
Each report contains two parts:
1. Cover Sheet (Union Summary)
Shows total hours and contributions by benefit type, with rate and total due. Use this to reconcile with union billing.
2. Employee-Level Detail
Breaks down contributions by employee, including hours worked, gross wages, and each benefit line item.
These reports are designed for audit support and reconciliation—without any extra work on your end.
