The WAOT Lite Add-On enables TradeSeal to automatically calculate Weighted Average Overtime (WAOT) for employees who work multiple rates in a single workweek.

How It Works:
Once enabled, this add-on adds WAOT calculations to the Rate Validation screen. After all standard and prevailing wage calculations are completed, TradeSeal reviews the employee's total hours and pay across the week. If the employee has worked more than 40 hours at multiple rates, TradeSeal will calculate the appropriate weighted average overtime rate and apply it accordingly.
This calculation happens automatically—ensuring accurate overtime pay even in complex job and union scenarios.
